The hotel is very nice and in excellent location. The rooms are big and well decorated and the restaurant is worth visiting. All staff are friendly and helpful. The extra star goes to Anna - the receptionist! Very helpful , professional, and took the time and effort to fully accommodate our needs. Thank you Anna. We will definitely come back again.

We spent one night at the hotel, it was incredible. The location is very good, you have only a few meters to the beach from the reception. The room was large, comfortable, beautiful bathrooms with shower and bathtub. The large balcony, perfect to relax and enjoy the sea view. The restaurant on the beach is very nice, the attention is very good! all friendly and attentive. The Food good, we only had problems with the main course, it was chicken and it was raw, but they changed us immediately when we asked for it. Few gluten-free options at dinner. Breakfast VERY VERY COMPLETE!! We enjoyed it a lot, delicious coffee. There were all kinds of options. Another detail to highlight is the availability of bicycles all the time (it is a beautiful place to ride a bicycle, I recommend it). 5 star hotel really!!!

I stayed there for 4 nights It is a very nice hotel with a great location and a wonderful sea view from my room Service is excellent Staf is very helpful and friendly Clean rooms Delicious breakfast Wonderful Lido Relaxing atmosphere Unique design and decoration I wish I go there again Have no idea about the prices because I was a guest on a business trip I strongly recommend it

Just one night but what an incredibly welcoming hotel. All the staff hit just the right note between friendliness and professionalism, and it helped that they all loved and fussed about the dog.

Top hotel, perfect location. Very nice rooms (we had a room with sea view). Beach restaurant food is very good, but service unacceptable, overwhelmed, unmotivated, no service attitude. Food arrives before the wine, coffee not served after long wait time etc. Definitely non on 5-star-level.

Our first visit to the Adriatic coast was made so enjoyable by staying at the Excelsior. Great facilities, restaurant and beach service. Top quality staff, too.
